Processing time 

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. If your item is made to order this will be clearly stated on the product page, along with the estimated timeframe. Most made to order items are ready within 7-14 days, though during busy periods this may take a little longer.

If you need your made to order item for a certain date, please contact us before placing your order - we will always do our best to accommodate.

UK shipping

All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service which usually takes 1-2 days once dispatched.

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been sent, so you can follow its journey door to door.

USA shipping

From August 29th 2025, the U.S removed its $800 duty free allowance, which means all imports from the UK are now subject to duties and fees, no matter the order value.

To make things simple, we collect all import duties and taxes upfront at checkout. The total you now see at checkout includes your items, shipping, and any applicable customs/tariff fees - so there are no surprise fees when your order arrives.

 

EU shipping

EU orders typically arrive between 5-7 business days. All international orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked International, and a tracking number will be provided.

Worldwide shipping

Other international orders usually arrive within 7-14 business days, depending on destination.

Please note: international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We do our best to reduce this as much as possible!
