returns and exchanges

We take pride in curating and creating high-quality pieces. However, due to the nature of vintage clothing, some wear is to be expected. We always do our best to note any visible imperfections in the product descriptions. 

Made to order items:

We want your item to be perfect for you! If you would like to exchange your item for a different size please contact us at shopkikizoe@gmail.com with your order number. We aim to respond within 2 working days. 

Vintage items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues, so please make sure to double check the sizing and descriptions before purchasing.

Any items returned without prior agreement will not be refunded.

 

Returns for both made to order and vintage items are only accepted if the item is faulty. Whilst we try our best for this not to be the case, occasionally something may slip past us. Please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in original packaging and the condition it was received in. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
