Kiki Zoë is a UK-based slow fashion brand focused on repurposing and reimagining second hand-clothing. 

Every piece in our drops is either vintage, or designed and handmade in Brighton, England. Many of our items are one-of-one - making them unique and special to you!

Shipping

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3 business days. If your item is made-to-order this will be clearly stated on the product listing, and will include specific shipping timeframes.

UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service which usually takes 1-2 days. If you require faster postage, simply select the Tracked 24 service when completing your order. 

International orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked International. EU orders typically arrive in 1-2 weeks. For all other worldwide orders it can take over 2 weeks depending on location. All orders are provided with an individual tracking number.

Please note this is just a guideline as orders can be held up by delays.

Please be aware, international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival. While we aim to minimise this, we have no control over local import regulations.

Returns and Exchanges

We take pride in curating and creating high-quality pieces. However, due to the nature of vintage clothing, some wear is to be expected. We always do our best to note any visible imperfections in the product descriptions. 

We accept returns for faulty items. If this is the case, let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Items must be returned in original packaging and the condition it was received in. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed. 

Once approved, returns are issued as store credit, minus any postage fees.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues, so please double check sizing and descriptions before purchasing. Any items returned without prior agreement will not be refunded.
